There are plenty of realtors in this world, but there aren't many really good ones. Paul is a really good realtor. We had a cute house in a niche location and needed help with marketing and presentation. Paul worked with us to present our property in the best light, and he was collaborative in helping us describe why we thought it was a good home. He helped us navigate the sales process, offered great advice in decision making, and advocated for us in the back-and-forth process of negotiation. Paul was great with communication and quick to respond whenever we had questions or concerns. Not once ever did we have to wait more than a day to hear from him, and often it was only a few minutes - even when I once accidentally called him at 6am. He was very personable, and it felt like he wanted our success as if he was selling his own home. If we ever move again, we will definitely use Paul, and we highly recommend him to anyone who wants a really good realtor.
