Paul really is the best. His knowledge of the market is fantastic and he goes above and beyond for his clients. We have used Paul for several transactions and each time we have had the best representation. He is professional and is quick to respond to questions or concerns. We are honored to call him our friend as well.
This is the fourth real estate transaction that Paul has handled for us, all in Boise County. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and professional. Buying in Boise County has unique attributes that Paul has seen and handled hundreds of times- from septic tanks to wells to swamp coolers to finding local contractors to will complete jobs in Boise County. He also knows all the best restaurants and is a fountain of knowledge about Idaho. We also felt that he always had our best interest at heart (including talking me off ledges when minor things seemed major but were really minor). He was available at all hours and responded to calls and texts in a timely manner. Finally, Paul is a good human being. He is kind and authentic, always willing to help out. We will continue to use Paul with all our future real estate transactions.

Funny thing, I haven't even met Paul personally because I live about 6 hours away from the area. I had a property in Idaho City for sale and another realtor recommended Mr. Heim. I contacted Paul over the phone, gave him the property address, told him the details about it (power, well, septic, driveway, etc) He visited the property, listed it with impeccable marketing including county boundaries and drone pictures. Shortly after, we had a cash offer pretty close to asking price. Needless to say, I went with his advise on the entire transaction. 9 days later, the money was in the bank. Thank you much Mr. Heim! You are a great realator! It has been a pleasure doing business with you!!! Respectfully, Stefan
Paul helped guide me through the sale of one home and purchase of another. It was easy to work with Paul and never felt uneasy. Highly recommended
The best of the best! We have worked with Paul since 2011 when he was the only person we knew in Idaho! He is a wealth of knowledge about the area; helped find us our first home and has always been our first person to call for resource recommendations when we needed it!! Ten years later, he, once again, helped us find land, sell our home & was an invaluable resource for finding reputable contractors to build our retirement home. We are happy to call him a friend!

This is the second time we used Paul to sell our home. He always goes above and beyond. He knows what it takes to get a home ready so it sells quick. He also has a team of professionals in place to help you with any difficulties that might arise along the way. Good communication is a must during the stress of selling, and Paul always makes you a priority.
