I would give a 6 Star Rating to both Paul and his team. This is the second home Paul has sold for us. When my husband passed and I needed to downsize, Paul was fantastic. Even with the rising interest rates he was able to sell my home for a great price and helped me to buy a smaller house near family. He made sure to update me on everything. He was very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

This is the fourth real estate transaction that Paul has handled for us, all in Boise County. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and professional. Buying in Boise County has unique attributes that Paul has seen and handled hundreds of times- from septic tanks to wells to swamp coolers to finding local contractors to will complete jobs in Boise County. He also knows all the best restaurants and is a fountain of knowledge about Idaho. We also felt that he always had our best interest at heart (including talking me off ledges when minor things seemed major but were really minor). He was available at all hours and responded to calls and texts in a timely manner. Finally, Paul is a good human being. He is kind and authentic, always willing to help out.
