From our first introduction, Paul made us comfortable and was supportive through the whole process. Paul is an expert on our area. He always went the extra mile. Yes, I do have pictures of him cleaning my high window right before the photo shoot. When an inspection turned up issues, he guided us to great service providers and was upbeat and patient while we worked through restoration.
