Paul Buckman was raised with a passion for real estate in his blood. His mother, father, brother, and uncle are all licensed real estate brokers, and his father owned his own brokerage company, Buckman Realty in Washington, NC. With over 18 years of experience helping clients purchase and list homes in the Wilmington area, you are ensured the smoothest real estate process possible with Paul Buckman and Buckman Realty group. By putting the client’s needs first, he has built a strong business of steady referrals, many of which he now calls friends. After graduating college from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Paul Buckman went on to own his own business, worked various sales/management positions, as well as serve as the Executive Director of a non-profit health care organization. Buckman first moved to Wilmington in 2003, after falling in love with the area through his many visits to Wrightsville Beach growing up. Soon afterwards, Paul was accepted into the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and graduated with his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 2006. Also in 2006, Paul received his NC brokerage license and began listing and selling properties. It did not take long for him to realize that real estate would be something that would become a lifelong career. In his free time, you will find him fishing, taking the SUV on the beach at Freeman Park in Carolina Beach, boating in the Intracoastal Waterway, or eating at the one of the many local restaurants or hotspots Wilmington, NC has to offer.
