Laura was the best possible agent ever. Being long distant sellers we needed someone on the ground to handle maintenance and upkeep problems in order to get the house sold. Laura seemed to understand everything we needed to do and when she was not 100% sure she discussed the issue in question with her colleagues at Haystack. I appreciated that when Laura was unsure she did not guess what to do and instead did the appropriate research. Laura also volunteered useful information such as charities and removal companies as well as helping us with a check list for moving.
