Paul was awesome. He worked with our schedule to show us houses. Paul kept us updated at every step of the way. He called daily to check in and keep everything on track. He was so awesome we sent our children to him for their house.
Paul started out strong. This was a land purchase. Relatively small. I gave him a few properties. Without me asking he actually went to see them and tell me if they were worth considering before having me go out! Then when we found the property I ended up buying. There were hidden issues with the title and no survey. Paul stayed on the seller and his agent to make sure the title was clear and helped me find a surveyor at the best possible market price who did an awesome job documenting and marking out the property. Now there is no doubt what I have bought legally and physically. Something I can confidently use and eventually leave to my children as very real value. Thanks Paul!
