We have known Patrick for over 12 years now. Like us, he is a transplanted Bostonian. Back then he helped us with the purchase of our first Florida property, a condo in St Pete. Prices back then were super low, and Patrick worked with us through the process of bidding on multiple units before we were successful on one. His commission was paltry, but he worked diligently regardless. Over the years whenever we had questions on possibly renting or selling our unit, he was always there to assist us through the process. I mentioned to Patrick that him dealing with real estate clients is much like dealing with Bridezillas. We oftentimes were off the wall. But Patrick always showed us great respect and professionalism over this journey. We wouldn't be where we are now without his guidance. Patrick is the best. The sequencing of prep to make the sale, including appraisal geared to current market, necessary upgrades was perfect thanks to Patrick. In a blink of an eye in this hot market, he got us a deal five figures above asking price. His work with the title company and his sequencing of our necessary actions as sellers was flawless. I don't think I sent a text or left a message that took him more than two hours to reply to. He helped me compile a check-list of account close downs and transfers along with ideal timing. Patrick was friendly and supportive every step of the way. Again, he is the best I've ever dealt with in the business having owned property in Vermont, Washington DC, Massachusetts, Colorado, Maryland and Bangkok Thailand over the years.
