We closed on our house 4 weeks ago, Patrick is still available and still following up to make sure things have been taken care of properly . Superstar is my nickname for Patrick. He is everything we were looking for in a realtor-personable, funny, knowledgeable and with good insights. There were a few times I disagreed with Patrick's advice and I almost always regretted it later. You can't go wrong working with Patrick, he's fantastic.
