Having been through this process before, I know the importance of having a good realtor that knows the area and has outstanding ratings. When we were unable to attend meetings in person with our builder or do site visits, he ALWAYS showed up for every single meeting or site visit for us, and made sure to document it all and FaceTime us in. When issues arose with our builder, he was always on top of it for us to get everything handled and straightened out so we did not have to deal with it. I truly do not know what we would have done if we did not have Patrick with us during this process. He always went above and beyond for us, no matter the situation. My wife and I have talked to Patrick for at least 3 years about buying a new house and selling ours, but I wasn't sure we would be ready to actually do it. When we were, Patrick was an excellent partner. He handled our random requests for information and tours with grace and ease. He sent us plenty of options to look at that met our criteria. And when we saw the house we ended up buying, he moved very quickly. We found the house online on a Friday morning, he got us in to see it Friday evening, we put in an offer on Saturday and it was accepted on Sunday! Closing was less than 3 weeks from the day we first saw the house! During that process Patrick explained everything to us in terms we understood. He was connected to the other people we would need for funding, inspecting, and fixing a couple things. This was our first home purchase in the last 24 years, and it was super easy and fun with Patrick's guidance.
