Patrick was always professional and helped me to understand when I had questions. He was always responsive and patient when I needed answers. And, for the most part, always gave me good advice. Area for improvement would be to have had a bit of encouragement to consider the first offer that I had which was at a really good price. I know it was my decision to only give the buyers half of what they wanted in remedy, but I wish Patrick had told me to be a bit more patient and think that through. I think I made a snap, emotional decision that I should have given an hour or so thought to. As the house remained on the market, I thought the house should have been staged a bit earlier than it was. I wish Patrick would have been more on top of that. Patrick was on top of getting the yard maintained so that the house looked nice from the curbside.

Patrick’s enthusiasm, care and patience with us was a bonus added to his professionalism and market knowledge. We are so happy we found Patrick and would refer to anyone. We hope Patrick much success, it is well deserved!

Patrick helped my wife and I sell our home along with representing us on our new build. The selling process was seamless and Patrick was a great help in securing us the additional time that was needed with our buyers. The build process was particularly challenging. Patrick was available along the way to answer our questions and often to assuage our fears. We never had to wait long for a response, and at every step Patrick was the consummate professional that we needed during the process.
