We had such an enjoyable time working with Patrick! Not only is he such a talented realtor and helped our family find the perfect home, but he made every interaction such a joy! My wife found him through a random listing online but it happened to be the best virtual connection ever! He was quick to start a search for us and drove ALL OVER the city. We had him driving 3-4 times a week to view houses for quite a few months and he was always glad to help us learn what suited our needs best. We really appreciated his laid-back approach to letting us figure out what we wanted but then was quick to go into action mode when we need him to step in. He really helped guide us along the way and used every property we looked at as an educational opportunity to help us figure out what we truly were wanting in a home. It was funny after we bought our place, Patrick knew what we ultimately wanted but let us go on our own journey to figure it out ourselves and "learn the process" of what we wanted in a home. As first time home-buyers he helped reassure us every step of the way, cheering us on when we were exciting, and also being there to guide us when we got terrified if we were making the right decision. Thank heavens for Patrick in those moments!! We are soo happy in our new home but bummed that we won't see him as often. For house number 2 there is no doubt who we will be calling!
Patrick was never not available to help, he wrote up our initial offer while on a family trip to NYC . We closed on our house 4 weeks ago, Patrick is still available and still following up to make sure things have been taken care of properly .
