Pat did a wonderful job of helping us find a great home. This was our first home purchase and so we were very unaware of what red flags to look for. With the help of Pat by the time we found a home that worked for us we were very confident in our decision to put an offer on it. Pat also helped us immensely in the negotiation process and without his hard work we likely would've not been able to get the house we did. Patrick takes very good care of his clients. He doesn't want the client to live somewhere he wouldn't live. He is like having a preliminary inspector at every showing. He also takes care of a lot small things without asking. Would use Patrick again in a heartbeat.
