Patricia is an amazing broker. Her knowledge of the region and all the processes involved in buying a property helped us a lot, including during the search and purchase of the house at a time when the market was in favor of sellers. Coming from abroad, this knowledge and care are essential. Her meticulous eyes during the walk-through / closing were crucial to ensure the quality of the home being delivered.
