I’ve now bought and sold with Pat twice. What I love about Pat is that she tells it like it is and she’s very responsive. I had a super difficult buyer this last time and Pat worked hard to help make things easier and less stressful for me, as well as trying her best to ensure the financial aspects of the sale were fair. Pat has a good amount of anecdotal knowledge and experience with houses as well, which makes her a great resource for referrals and suggestions when it comes to house issues. Pat made sure that things went smoothly for us even though our transactions were happening during COVID. She wore a mask and she was conscientious of everyone’s safety. I refer my friends to Pat when they need an agent and though I don’t have plans to move again any time soon, I would work with Pat again if I needed to buy or sell real estate in Northern Virginia.
