This team was really responsive and thorough. I was searching for a rental property, and this was my first time in the market. I didn't worry that anything was missing, and they were great about answering all my questions through the process. Matt helped me find properties, set up viewings, negotiated with a difficult agent and seller, set up a home inspection and helped through a tricky process with a lawyer and trust fund sale. I would have liked them to negotiate a bit more on my behalf, but all in all, I loved the responsiveness and I had confidence everything was getting done properly. I would definitely work with them again for future property searches!
