After several great failed offers when the market was hot, my home was relisted. This process took about a month. It was not listed as new or even back on the market with an explanation, because it would take to much effort on the part of the agent. So my house was buried in the multi list and appeared stale on the market. I ended up taking an offer that was way below the first cash offer. The condo was beautifully remodeled by my wonderful construction supervisor. Since then the same condo in original poor condition has been selling for $20,000 more. I am not pleased with the outcome.
