I met John Courage through an open house that he was hosting on a property that he had renovated. I was impressed by the quality of finishes he used in his renovation. He is a great person to use, both as a realtor and a contractor. His dual role makes it especially easy and convenient for the potential home buyer/renovator. When looking for a property to purchase, he is able to assess costs needed for repairs and renovation of a potential property. He was very patient with me in showing a large number of houses in a difficult market. He is pleasant, friendly and fun to work with. Most importantly I consider him to be of very high integrity, a quality which is hard to come by in this world. John also renovated my condo after fire damage. He worked hard to please me. The end product was a gorgeous renovation which he sold quickly.
