Pamela is amazing! She was the listing agent for a property in Ypsilanti. We didn't care for the house, but we loved Pamela. She showed us a few more house as our buyer's agent, then recommended a house in Northville that I had already seen on zillow. I had called the listing agent for that property and was told that it is bank owned and they are accepting a "cash sale only". Pamela said, "Let me see what I can do..." and a few months later we are now the proud owners of our dream property. It was an uncharacteristically complex process due to the unique challenges of a foreclosure that isn't occupation ready, and Pamela was there at every turn, going to bat for us, handling paper work and phone calls with other parties that were being problematic. I am 100% certain that without Pamela we would never have made it through the process, and we wouldn't have this property.
