Pamela Bryan was an amazing realtor! I was purchasing from out of state, which can be particularly stressful, however, she made the process go very smoothly. She generously went to multiple houses for video walk-throughs, during which, more importantly, she gave me her honest opinions about what she saw. That is the thing that stood out to me from other agents I have used- it was clear that it was important to her to take care of her client. This saved me a considerable amount of time and money and was greatly appreciated. She communicated with me at all times very quickly and with all the information I requested. Also, don't let the niceness fool you- she is a tough negotiator! Bottom line is she was everything you hope your agent will be like. I highly recommend Pamela!

Pam is a top notch realtor. She answered all our questions, knows the ins and outs of her profession, communicates extremely well, and really loves what she does. I know all this because she found our current home after really listening to us regarding what we were looking for. She went right to work showing us properties until we found our dream. We tried selling our home for a few years while trying to find a new home with other unprofessional realtors that did not have much knowledge about their jobs. As home buyers, we did not know the ins and outs of selling or buying a home so we looked to realtors to know these things. After several unsuccessful realtors we called Pam. I met Pam by happenstance when I called the seller’s agent number on a for sale sign. Little did I know at the time I would later purchase that farm in North branch from Pam’s clients.
