Working with Pam was an absolute delight. My husband and I were first time home buyers. We had no idea about different types of loans, payments on a loan amount, the area we were looking for a home in, taxes, or anything really. We were clueless. Pam made the process of buying a home extremely easy and with minimal stress. Which we made it very hard for her to do, my husband works nights and was out of state. Pam was extremely responsive to both of us, kept us both in the loop, went out of her way to negotiate bids with the seller, and she would inform us of homes before they were even listed on the market to give us prime choosing. Regardless of how many times I called/texted/emailed Pam, she was quick to respond and answer any questions I had in a friendly manner. And I am annoying, I promise. I never felt uncomfortable during the entire home buying process. She handled everything with the financing. It was really easy for us to do and we were never confused. If it weren’t for Pam, we would’ve never landed our dream home on my husbands dream property. She really went above and beyond to close the deal. Which is hard with today’s market. My family truly misses Pam
