I met Pam by happenstance when I called the seller’s agent number on a for sale sign. Little did I know at the time I would later purchase that farm in North branch from Pam’s clients. I enjoyed dealing with Pam so much I used her to sell a property I owned the same year. Fast forward a year and a half and my family and I have worked with her to buy or sell 4 properties, soon to be 5. Pam is a no pressure agent that always has our best interest in mind. Pamela was amazing through this whole process. She was very knowledgeable and willing to answer the millions of questions my husband and I threw at her being first time home buyers. She always answered the phone even on her vacation she made sure to help us if we needed It. She was so kind and just absolutely amazing through all of the ups and downs of the process of buying a house and I would recommend anyone looking to buy and property go through her. Pam decided to help us when we inquired about a place we were trying to buy for cash. We needed to be close to our grandkids that had just moved or were moving to Metamora. She took the time and put in the effort, until we found what we needed. We didn't pay much for the place, so there was no reason for her to go out of her way for us, but she did. I told her all I can do in return, is recommend her. She told me that would be great. So here I am trying to pay her back for what she did for us.

She told us the house we wanted to buy was overpriced by at least $25,000, and she was right! We wound up getting an awesome home we didn’t want to look at initially because of the price.
