The listing turned out great with the pictures she took and the drone footage. She provided excellent advice on what needed to be done to sell our home. She kept us in the loop every step of the way and didn’t pressure us to list our house before we were ready. We accepted an offer the first day which was significantly over our asking price! Pam just helped me and my wife purchase our first home! Working with Pam was an absolute delight. My husband and I were first time home buyers. We had no idea about different types of loans, payments on a loan amount, the area we were looking for a home in, taxes, or anything really. We were clueless. Pam made the process of buying a home extremely easy and with minimal stress. Which we made it very hard for her to do, my husband works nights and was out of state.
