We are first time home buyer’s. My wife found a house’s that she like and we contacted Pam to meet us at the house. When we got done looking at the house Pam knew that the house was underpriced and that we would have to bid more on the house. Pam had a plan and got right on the paperwork. The offer was accepted. She also told us what the house would appraise for our selling price. It was exactly what we offered. So we did not have to bring any extra money to the closing table. Pam also paid for part of inspection fees as well which saved us money as first time home buyers.
