Pam & Michael never gave it a second thought.. they offered ideas on decorating/staging the condo so it looked so nice, they suggested taking out some items and removing others, they sent us constant updates on showings and suggested a strategy moving forward so the condo would sell. They worked together with the condo association to ensure any/all requirements were met and if that wasn’t enough they were willing to store our few precious items within the requested timeframe to meet the passing date. With all that said, the entire process from start to finish was absolutely seamless for both us and the buyers. A Win/Win for all!!! I don’t know any other real estate person that would totally go above & beyond in this way!!! Please trust me when I tell you that they are the very BEST there is!!
