Pam is amazing! I had a short window to both find a home and move my family to Alabama from Utah for a new job. I have never moved out of state and Pam immediately helped my wife and I feel at peace. I enjoyed working with Pam on finding my new home in Gardendale. She was very responsive to my calls and patient with me through the entire process. She understood my goals and budget and didn't try to push me beyond what I had established. The most impressive quality of Pam's professional work was her genuine care and concern to meet my search efforts; more importantly, those efforts were not determined by the ability of a greater commission she would receive. Her thorough efforts were prompt and she always provided alternatives to simply consider that I may not have done on my own.
