My first experience with Pam Files was about 6 years ago while helping my son and his wife buy a home. She handled the process very professional and courteous. Pam was always very responsive when we had questions. After that deal my Mother and Dad decided it was time to downsize so I recommended Pam to them. Pam had a contract for full asking price within 48 hours, and then she assisted them in the purchase of there new home. Moving forward a couple of years Pam helped my wife and my wife sell our home and contract with a builder for our new home. Pam Alamo helped me with the purchase of some rental property for one of my employees. I know there are other good realtors around Gardendale, but I wouldn’t consider anyone but Pam Files for my real estate needs.
We listed our home with Pam. She went over and beyond our expectations and sold our house quickly. During negotiations, we became frustrated from the back and forth from the buyers agents so I told Pam I was done. She decided not to give up, so she salvaged the deal, and we were able to get full price. Pam during all of this showed her grace and kindness to the other agents who were quite rude. More importantly, she secured estimates and arranged work schedules to get the work performed quickly that resulted in a contract and closing within a matter of weeks. She was always pleasant and available to answer questions.
