More importantly, she secured estimates and arranged work schedules to get the work performed quickly that resulted in a contract and closing within a matter of weeks. She was always pleasant and available to answer questions. I didn’t want to use an agent in order to save my mother money but Pam earned every dime and her expertise and assistance were worth every penny. I highly recommend her services.
