This is the third time we have worked with Pam Files on our real estate needs and as always she never fails to impress. She sold our home quickly for us and when we couldn't close on time do to a mistake with the buyers loan company she fought to have us well compensated for our inconvenience. Pam did a great job helping us negotiate our contract for the house we bought. She is currently helping us sell our other home. Words can't even describe how WONDERFUL our experience was. My husband and I purchased our first home this month. We used Pam Files as our realtor and Cindy Morrison for the lending process. Both ladies are from this office. We had heard so many horror stories of how hard it is to get to the closing table and how much of a head ache it is. Hands down, Cindy blew that rumor out of the water. This super woman had us ready to close in less than a month! Cindy works really hard and really fast to get the job done. It was as easy as pie lol. And Pam, this woman is so sweet and lovely but, don't let that fool you. She can get tough if need be to get the job done. We had issues with our builders making MANY mistakes and dragging out the closing date. Pam wouldn't let up on them till they got the job done right! Pam was so caring during the hunt for our home and helped us through the entire process. She was there to answer our questions whenever we had them. She has a great eye for detail and noticed things I never would have noticed when looking at homes. She really took notice to what I like and what I was looking for in a home. She read my personality well. We finally found the home of our dreams (a french country spec home). We were not expecting to deal with problems from the building company but we did. As soon as problems started to arise I thought I would become extremely stressed out but Pam stepped in and handled everything. I am truly thankful for everything Pam and Cindy did for us. I can't wait to get our house settled and decorated so I can invite these two ladies to our home warming party. We would not be in such a lovely home had it not been for these two wonderful ladies holding our hands through the entire process. Thank you so much Pam and Cindy!!! Ran into some issues with the survey, Pam jumped right in and took care of the problem. She's been easy to work with, responsive, and handled everything from start to finish. The only thing I have to do is move. She even gave me names of carpet cleaning people, etc, to make the after purchase easier.

This is the second time in the last ten years that my wife and I have worked with Pam. The first time she helped us sell our townhouse and buy a new home. This time she helped us identify and purchase some land in a subdivision in which we are wanting to build our next home. There's a reason we called Pam back to help us in this new move and it's because she is wonderful to work with. Pam Files handled the sale of a house that I was the estate executor for. She was professional and helpful during the entire process, from the listing to the final closing. As I lived about an hour away, Pam handled many of the local issues in selling a home. She lined up repair men, stayed on top of issues and worked with potential buyers to secure contracts. She used Dotloop to allow us to sign documents and deal with paperwork online so I didn't have to travel to the local site. This saved a tremendous amount of time for me and kelp delays to a minimum. She definitely earned her commission and my respect for seeing the sale to a conclusion.

She would also suggest how to improve certain areas and go so far as to recommend someone she trusts.
