We had a very odd experience with the sale of our townhouse but Pam persisted with patience always most aware of our desires. She got the t/h sold to a lovely lady (keeping the neighbors happy), with so very little stress for us. The closing agent that was used was wonderful and very willing to keep in touch as we got this deal done .... It ended lots better than it started, that's for sure.
