Olivia grew up in Irmo, South Carolina and spent most of her summers on the beaches along the Grand Strand. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s of Social Work. She has worked in the hospitality business for over 14 years. Olivia made the move to Myrtle Beach 5 years ago where she pursued her interest of real estate. Her education and work in hospitality has taught her the importance of communication and relationships. In her spare time she enjoys relaxing at the beach or out exploring new places.
