We had a chance to work with Norie for quite a long time. And I can say for sure that there was no single moment when we'd be in doubt about our agent. If we'd be ever buying something next time - I already know whom to call to help us. Norie worked really hard and with a great dedication to get us to this house. There were a couple rejected offers, numerous showings and 2-hour long trips from our residence to the area of interest. She was always lightning fast with contacting seller' agents and setting up a showing for each house we liked. Ready to go every moment, she didn't miss any opportunity to check the neighborhood for "hidden gems" that might match our needs, whether it was a minute-ago listed property or some lost open house. Every building that we saw Norie checked with us, and she did it thoroughly as if she was preparing to buy it for herself, noticing many details that we missed. Negotiating with seller' representatives, advancing in the process - we always felt that our interests are a top priority for Norie. No matter if it was making an offer, requesting a credit for a broken AC or working with an escrow company that lost our documents the day before closing date. When it came to paperwork - Norie was constantly clear with explaining all the steps, actions and documents needed. She is extremely patient here (please don't think this part is easy, she won't let you go unless she sees a complete understanding in your eyes). If you are a novice and would be happy to get extra advice - Norie can give you a ton of mindful recommendations for each single stage in the process. But if you don't want this - she'll never push or try to convince you. This respectful position made us feel a complete freedom about our decisions. Overall it was a great experience for us. One thing I want to address to Norie' potential clients - buying a house is a game you both want to win. Be proactive and do not hesitate to discuss things with your agent, often and in detail.
