We first met Nora at an open house that she was coordinating for another realtor. Having visited several open houses that day, we were hitting the wall. And yet, Nora somehow reinvigorated us. It wasn't the right house for us, but we knew Nora was the right realtor. We began making plans to return and Nora was with us every step of the way. She blocked out almost an entire weekend and she and Breanna maintained excellent contact with us. They shared ideas, suggestions, and even personal experiences that validated our decision to work with them. Our house hunting weekend proved to be longer than expected and neither realtor faltered. In fact, they went out of their way on more than one occasion to make certain we were having the best possible experience. Nora was amazing! I had no idea what I was doing, but I never felt stressed or confused at any point, because she was always one step ahead. I was so impressed with her knowledge, and even the inspectors and the loan officer were impressed too, and couldn’t recommend her enough. I love that she’s super straightforward and will give you honest answers and the best information that she can in order for you to get a home that works for you. She is also very efficient and a great communicator! She set up a search for us, and edited it every time we found that something wasn’t working for us. We were only looking for about a month before we were able to find our home!

They were very knowledgable about housing and identified concerns as we looked at homes, bringing things to our attention they we may have been unaware of, which helped us make the best choice for us. At the negotiation steps, Nora urged us along as our judgment became slightly clouded with emotion and she firmly asserted herself to represent and got us a far better deal than we were considering. Bottom line, she handled this purchase like it was her own!

Nora listened carefully to what I wanted in a home and tailored the search to match. She proactively reached out with a listing right after the first of the year, knowing I wanted to be in a home by mid-March Although we had only looked at one other home together, Nora found the perfect home with the second listing we toured. She helped me navigate inspections and the closing process in a new city, and calmly facilitated a meeting with the HOA when a potential issue arose. Nora was very professional and sent helpful communications in a timely manner throughout the process. I highly recommend Nora!

Working with Nora was absolutely incredible. She met with us early to tour our house and gave suggestions on what improvements we should make and which ones we should hold off on. She was extremely responsive and helped us balance having our home ready to show while still living in it. We received regular updates on market conditions and had a solid dialogue about timing and pricing to get our home on the market. When it was time to list, she walked through with us and suggested minor touches to help us show the house. We listed the house on a Friday, and after 2 days of open houses and a couple of private showings, we received an offer at nearly full asking price with others interested within 3 days of listing. Once we had accepted the offer she continued to work with us to address inspection follow-up items and to prepare for closing. My wife and I have bought and sold multiple houses. We have never had a process go this smoothly from start to finish. Nora gave us incredible advice and kept our property competitive in a balanced market while looking out for us and our pricing expectations.
