So we put together a second offer on a second property and once again my offer was the one accepted. In this market it is hard to get your offer even considered. It’s impossible to write a review that does this experience justice. I’m a first time homeowner and I’ll admit I knew nothing about buying a house. My budget was fairly low and I felt like I was never going to find something. Noemie encouraged me through every step of the way and reassured me that we would find the perfect place for me/ She genuinely fought for me when it came to the housing market and without that I wouldn’t be living where I am now. I LOVE my new home, and the deal itself went beautifully. Although the deal on the first house I saw fell through, the house I have now is absolutely perfect. Noemie helped me not only to get this house but to understand the process. I didn’t feel like I was in the dark at any point and she was honest with me with every property. She made sure that not only did I find a home that I love, but that it was a quality home as well.
