That's what we did with Noemie Piard. It all started over a year ago when Noemie encouraged us to start looking at townhome communities, since we wanted to downsize. A year later, Noemie had taken us on over 15 showings so we had a good grasp of the North Denver suburban townhome market. Once our house was on the market to sell, it went under contract in 7 days to close in 30 days, so we were under a time crunch. Noemie showed us 3 townhomes that were on the market at that time and we chose a favorite. Unfortunately, that property fell through, and then we had only 3 weeks remaining before our home would sell.
