We made several attempts to purchase a home with Noemie, and we’re “outbid” on them. She explained the market situation at present in Colorado and strongly suggested we offer a little over asking price. Although I disagree personally with this technique I was willing to go with it on our recent offer, and successfully purchased a home in Fort Collins with Noemie as our agent. The end result is a home for our single adult daughter to occupy, so all is well. Noemie never hesitated to keep plugging away through the entire process.
