We have been in the process of buying a house for close to a year and Noemie has stood by our side the entire time. There was a lot to do before we could put the house up for sale and Noémie helped us get it together quickly and made sure it looked good for all the potential buyers. We made several attempts to purchase a home with Noemie, and we’re “outbid” on them. She explained the market situation at present in Colorado and strongly suggested we offer a little over asking price. Although I disagree personally with this technique I was willing to go with it on our recent offer, and successfully purchased a home in Fort Collins with Noemie as our agent. The end result is a home for our single adult daughter to occupy, so all is well. Noemie never hesitated to keep plugging away through the entire process. She was always positive and realistic, and went out of her way to accommodate our daughter’s needs and questions.
