Selling a home after nearly 20 years, especially a home where a spouse spent her final days, brings up emotions a person doesn't always know were there. The last thing a seller in that position needs is for the sale process itself to add to the pain. Thanks to Noemie Piard's expert handling of our sale, every detail, every hiccup, every need for an amended document, every negotiation with the buyer, was nearly invisible to us. She worked diligently with us to decide our asking price, arranged for a top-notch staging company to make our empty house look beautiful, and brought us an offer over our asking price in only two days. Following the offer, Noemie handled every detail, leaving us with nothing to do but move a few final items and sign papers. She even arranged for the title company representative to come to our new house for the closing instead of us having to drive to them. The gift basket at the end was a nice touch, but the entire experience was a gift.

Noemie did an excellent job marketing our home. The pictures and video put online were beautiful. She enabled us to get an offer the first weekend the home was on the market and received a full price offer. Throughout the selling process Noemie answered our phone calls and texts promptly. We never had to wait more than a few minutes to get responses to any questions or concerns we had. Selling our home was very stressful for us and Noemie helped ground us and keep us positive.
