So I met Nicole through a forum and from the start she was so helpful. I am a new investor and she didn't mind at all, she showed me a few houses around town and advised me if they were good deals or not. Eventually, she introduced me to a wholesaler and I purchased the property through them. She helped me every step of the way, she gave me her contacts, she calmed my nerves, and was always available for me. When it came time to sell the house, we listed it for more than I was expecting, we negotiated good terms and helped me by making the house so cute on the inside and outside.
