I was going through a complicated divorce and Nichole Pompey was my choice for a realtor. Unfortunately my ex-husband did not choose her to sell our house. Nichole still walked me through selling my house and answered any questions I had, even though she was not the agent selling my house. Then when it came time to purchase my condo I finally got to use Nichole and her team. Nichole gave me references for financing, home inspections and home owners insurance. Everyone I dealt with was professional, available and patient with any all questions (1st time buying). As we all know the market is crazy right now and finding, much less getting, the condo I wanted is a miracle that Nichole made happen. Not only that but her and her team managed to pull off a 21 day escrow with a conventional loan (I think it was actually quicker than 21 days). Nichole is extremely knowledgeable about the Orange County area. She is very professional, easy to get a hold of and has great communication skills, which is a must in todays market. Not only would I recommend her to anyone but I will never buy without her being my agent.

Nicole is hand down the best realtor around... not only that, she is so much more! She is one of the most caring and honest realtors who genuinely wants to make sure you understand everything. She puts YOU first always. Nicole was there day or night (if she was awake)to reply to every call, text or email and answer any questions I had or to just reassure me of the process when ever needed.
