My husband and I worked with Nicole to sell our townhome in Eagan and to purchase our new house in Savage. Nicole came highly recommended from a friend and she did not disappoint! She not only sold our townhome for more than we expected and helped us buy our new home for under asking BUT she went above and beyond with everything that we needed along the way! She would go out of her way to help us, she checked in with us regularly, and she did a great job of explaining everything during the whole process. Nicole is VERY knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend everyone and anyone to work with Nicole! She is very clear, straight forward, easy to work with, and honest! My fiance and I sold our condo and bought a new how with her. With how busy our schedules are, she was extremely accommodating for showings, meetings, and closings! I would give her more then 5 stars if I could! She has become a great friend of ours! :-)
