We had a very positive experience with Nick Torres as our Real Estate Agent when we sold our home in Scotts Valley, Ca. Nick is a very honest and thoughtful person and these traits were demonstrated throughout the entire process. He met with my wife and me several times before we listed to make sure we were comfortable with the asking price, property description, and the overall approach. He also stayed in contact with us frequently during the entire process which was very helpful. Nick even came to the house the day we moved out to (1) organize cleaners to come in and thoroughly clean the home before the new owners arrived and (2) say goodbye to us. We couldn't fit everything in the moving truck and there was some garbage to deal with - Nick took care of that for us. Given that we had more than one offer, Nick thoughtfully walked us through the trade off process and provided good inputs but also listened to us with regard to our thoughts/opinions. He's very easy to work with and we highly recommend him.
