Nick Labriola and Kim Labriola make a wonderful team and we highly recommend them and their Real Tucson (Long Realty) partnership. In addition to working happily and having a great experience with Nick as buyers in 2014, Nick and Kim recently sold our rental townhouse quickly and smoothly, and we were impressed and grateful for their fantastic, creative, detail-oriented representation at every stage of the transaction, which was made even more extraordinary because of the current Covid-19 pandemic. My partner and I met Nick at an open house. We found him to be professional and knowledgeable but not pushy. He specializes in historic and mid century homes that we love. Working with him over several months and showing us several homes he finally brought our attention to a home not yet listed "for sale". It was just what we wanted. He was instrumental in successful negotiations with the seller and subsequent inspections of the home. Closing turned out to be a breeze.
