As first-time buyers, it was extremely crucial to have a realtor that my husband & I could trust. She loves to meet up for a cup of coffee & take her time to understand what you are looking for. She gave us options that were on the market and narrowed it down to what we wanted/needed. She was also huge on sticking with the numbers that we were comfortable with, never pushed us on spending more but if there was a home that she thought was worth to review she would mention it. Nelly was patient but would also give us a gentle push when needed. We got a bit fixated with a home that was not really in our reach and Nelly knew exactly how to steer us on the right path to find our dream home & we are glad she did because we would have missed out on a grand opportunity. After being successful in our home search we can say with confidence that Nelly is honest & genuinely cares for her clients. She also is very knowledgeable & has a great team behind her!
