I almost never write reviews, but this time is different... It was a random chance when I called Neil about a listing while I was driving through various neighborhoods, and I am very glad I did. I was a first time home buyer and Neil was both fantastic to work with and very professional. He walked me through all the in's and out's as to what to expect and what to avoid in this process. Our closing date got pushed back a week and fell right into a planned trip where I was out of the country for 3 weeks for business. Neil went the extra mile taking care of so many miscellaneous issues that popped up while I was away and helped us close using a POA. There are a lot of bad realtors out there, but I can genuinely say that Neil is the exact opposite. When my girlfriend and I started looking for a home, not a lot of people took us seriously. They all thought we looked too young or didn't know what we were doing. Then we found Neil! Neil sat us down and asked what we wanted in a home, talked about our financial situation, and our timeline. We told him in November of 2017 that we wanted to close on a house in Spring of 2018.
