I told Neil what were my deal breakers...which are: not close to elevators ,cause I hate hearing the ding. The other one was water pressure and hot water! So when we would walk into a condo the first thing he would do is check the hot water. And when we got off the elevator to the condo I bought, it was right in front of the elevator. I didn't notice, but he held the door and we listened to the ding, very quiet! And it was fun looking. He is easy to talk to. and fun. And he really knew the condo market. And the condo I bought was built in 1965 with a really weird air and heat system. So he asked a lot of questions about it. Ones I didn't even know to ask. So thanks Neil! I will call you if I decide to sell:) You just never know.
