Competent and Compassionate.
Natalie was attentive to the home features we were hoping to find, and eager to help locate properties that met those wishes. She didn't try to persuade us to consider options with shortcomings. During each step of the process Natalie was on track. Reassuring if worries came up and researching if concerns arose. We always felt that we were her priority and that she genuinely cared. Additionally, she had a list of industry contacts that became extremely helpful during an issue just prior to closing. She really went beyond our expectations.
