After reading our story I'm pretty sure you'll be interested in working with Natalie. Then once your transaction is done with her you will recommend her to everyone you know who is in the market for an agent. Natalie is extremely knowledgeable of the market for Colorado! Which is not a common skill in the Colorado market today. She made the process seamless from the selling of our townhome to the buying of our new single family home. From discussing all the minor and major details of the buying and selling in this market. To ensuring the post occupancy was right on track not only for us but for the buyer and sellers too. (who were not her clients by the way!) Every step of the way she was there and understanding of our needs, asking clarifying questions, making sure we understood what was going to happen, and what did happen. Most agents use industry jargon to make themselves sound more credible. Well, fact is that doesn't help the client in any way. Natalie put everything in simple terms and scenarios the average person can understand; we truly appreciated that level of respect.
