About Narlene

Narlene Carter-Keenan has more than 30 years of increasingly successful real estate experience in sales of both new and existing residences. She has represented tract and condominium developers, as well as upscale custom home developers, and estate owners here on the Central Coast. Narlene has worked with buyers ranging from first-time purchasers where her knowledge in lending transactions has been especially helpful, to experienced real estate investors. The winner of a number of individual sales and professional achievement awards, and was elected president of the Grover Beach Rotary in 2011. She is also a member of CAR, NAR, Arroyo Grande/Grover Beach and Pismo Beach Chamber, and Five Cities Women's Network Group. As well as having served 6 years as a board member for the Pismo Beach Chamber. Narlene was also a competitive women’s soccer player and now runs marathons, which has contributed to her sense of dedication and commitment in business. Narlene is married with 2 children and 1 grandson, and co-founded The Keenan-Carter Group in 2001.

Outstanding!

I live in Puerto Rico and she took care of everything for me! There were many repairs which needed to be completed and she set up all the contractors to take care of this. She is phenomenal!
