We recently bought a house in San Ramon and worked with Nick for our purchase. Nick is a very professional realtor. He was always available and spent time with us to walk through all aspects of home search, buying, mortgage, closing, moving-in and beyond. He was never pushy and always made sure that we were very comfortable with the price, terms, and other aspects of placing offer. He took care of everything in the buying process such as setting up inspections and preparing agreements, and we just did the house inspection and final agreement signing.
