We can't say enough good things about Nancy LaBare. She was kind, good-natured, and patient. Of course she was knowledgeable, and had good ideas for marketing our property, but it was never about her agenda. It was about what we were comfortable with. She asked a number of times if we were sure we wanted to sell our home of 15 years, and we have no doubt she would have just walked away if we had sufficient reservations. She's a gem!

Nancy became my agent in July 2023. I needed to sell my condo and move in with my daughter. Nancy was so patient and kind every step of the way. She was like a personal friend right from the beginning. She kept me informed every step of the way and even checked in with me after the move. She was very diligent in having open house and making sure your property is listed wherever needed. I would choose Nancy again and again!

Nancy was extremely professional and did an overall supreme job of selling our home. When the buyer ran into trouble with her loan, due to HOA insurance coverage, Nancy rescued the buyer and the sale. Through her contacts, she was able to recommend another lender to the buyer's agent, which the buyer went with and the sale closed a week ahead of time. It was amazing for after wasting 30 days with the Rocket Mortgage, Supreme Lending and Ali closed in about 23 days. Nancy is definitely a full service agent, and I would recommend her at the highest level.
