We can't say enough good things about Nancy LaBare. She was kind, good-natured, and patient. Of course she was knowledgeable, and had good ideas for marketing our property, but it was never about her agenda. It was about what we were comfortable with. She asked a number of times if we were sure we wanted to sell our home of 15 years, and we have no doubt she would have just walked away if we had sufficient reservations. She's a gem!

Nancy was extremely professional and did an overall supreme job of selling our home. When the buyer ran into trouble with her loan, due to HOA insurance coverage, Nancy rescued the buyer and the sale. Through her contacts, she was able to recommend another lender to the buyer's agent, which the buyer went with and the sale closed a week ahead of time. It was amazing for after wasting 30 days with the Rocket Mortgage, Supreme Lending and Ali closed in about 23 days.
