Monte was a good communicator throughout the process. He was always flexible to help meet our needs. Monte worked with us to sell our old house at the same time we purchased the new home. He was able to coordinate both closings to keep that simple and efficient for us. As the purchaser of my old house, Monte was especially accommodating with the timeline for moving my personal belongings out.
Monte did a wonderful job selling our house. We got what we wanted for it. He was extremely knowledgeable and he always answered or returned my calls promptly.
